Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase (as much as we do)! We are happy to offer exchange policies (for non customised or personalised solid gold items excluding earrings) within 14 days if they are defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault.
- Please note customised and personalised items are final sale and not eligible for a refund. Please refer to our ring sizing chart and contact us if you are unsure about your ring size.
- For hygienic reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds on earrings
- Any piece of (non-customised) jewelry that has not been worn, scratched, damaged, made to order or altered in any way (including resizing), and has made contact with us within 14 days after delivery, is entitled to a return or an exchange
- All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase, and a shipment confirmation within 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Please refer to our Ring Sizing guide to ensure you are ordering the right size ring. The most common ring Size is 7 for women.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. According to Customer Affair legislation, no refund is applicable upon change of mind. A refund is only available under circumstances such as manufacture fault.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@cuevapremium.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non customised marked as final sale items are eligible for return for credit only, not a cash refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns do not apply to the following which are final sale:
- Personalised and engraved itemsÂ
- Customised items; made to order items.Please refer to our sizing chart to ensure you are placing the correct order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Returns and Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Personalised and customisable items cannot be exchanged. For hygienic reasons, we do not offer returns on earrings.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
